Shawn Carpenter

Senior Pastor

Shawn came on board as Senior Pastor in the summer of 2019.  Shawn and his sweet bride of 25+ years, Laura, have four sons.   Shawn received his education from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC, and is eager to help others treasure Christ as all-sufficient.  Shawn also serves on the Leadership Board and as a New Hampshire Partner with Small Town Summits. Shawn was born and raised in Ohio, but has family roots to Lowell, MA.  He’s a lifelong sufferer of Cleveland professional sports.

Shawn has been at Trinity since February 2013.  He grew up in upstate New York but somehow turned out to be a New England sports fan - he loves the Red Sox and Patriots.   He graduated from Elim Bible Institute in 2009 with a degree in Youth Ministry and spent that summer at Berea, NH, where he met his wife, Mary.  Shawn worked for churches in Cambridge and Chelmsford, MA, before coming to Trinity.   Shawn and Mary have two boys in the elementary/early middle-school years.

Heather North

Administrative Assistant

Heather is a Nashua native and has been part of the Trinity family all her life. She is thrilled to be able to serve the Lord and her church using the love God gave her for organizing.  Heather graduated from Gordon College and taught elementary students for many years, including two at a Missionary Kids boarding school in the Ivory Coast, West Africa.  She and her husband, Gary, are empty-nesters with a daughter and two married sons.
