Shawn Carpenter

Senior Pastor

Shawn came on board as Senior Pastor in the summer of 2019.  Shawn and his sweet bride of 20+ years, Laura, have four sons.  Prior to coming to Trinity, the Carpenters were in California where Shawn was a church planter.  Shawn received his education from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC, and is eager to help others treasure Christ as all-sufficient.  Shawn was born and raised in Ohio, but has family roots to Lowell, MA.  He’s a lifelong sufferer of Cleveland professional sports.

Shawn Allen

Shawn has been at Trinity since February 2013.  He grew up in upstate New York but somehow turned out to be a New England sports fan - he loves the Red Sox and Patriots.   He graduated from Elim Bible Institute in 2009 with a degree in Youth Ministry and spent that summer at Berea, NH, where he met his wife, Mary.  Shawn worked for churches in Cambridge and Chelmsford, MA, before coming to Trinity.   Shawn and Mary have two young boys.

Karla Lorig

Director of children's ministry

Karla has been attending Trinity since 2018. Her journey has taken her from Connecticut to Cape Cod to New Hampshire. She has a teaching degree specializing in Special Education and has taught in various education settings before following the call to Children's Ministry. She has been excited to use her love for the Lord, children, and teaching to lead Children's Ministry programs for over 20 years. Karla is married and has two grown sons.

Cathy lewis

Cathy has worked in the church office since December 1999.  She is a farm girl from Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in May 1975 with a degree in Food and Nutrition. After graduation, she did a Dietetic Internship at Rhode Island Hospital and later worked as Chief Dietitian at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH.  For most of her married life she was a domestic engineer (stay-at-home mom). Cathy was married at Trinity in 1976, and following her time in Rochester, God brought her back to Trinity in 1981 and that is where she has been ever since.  Cathy has four married, adult daughters and nine grandchildren.
